Our products are made to order. We generally ship store orders within 2-3 weeks of order receipt; please allow 4-5 weeks during peak holiday season. We are happy to create products exclusively for your store; additional fees apply. If you are an online store, please be aware that we do not drop ship and minimum quantity purchase does apply.

If ordering online, select payment method "Account Number". You will be required to fill in your store name (we don't use account numbers yet, but we aren't able to alter this option with our web host), and a purchase order number is optional. We still require a credit card for payment, which you
can phone or fax to us. We will not start your order until we have a card number on file. Your card will not be charged until we are ready to ship. Please do NOT email credit card information. We now accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards. We will consider COD with cashiers check or money order, a $10 additional fee applies.
